Whether you’re here to learn how to help your baby or toddler sleep better, or to find tools to reduce your own stress and restore calm, you’re in the right place. My work blends evidence-based sleep support for children with breathwork and nervous system regulation for parents.

Each event is designed to help you rest, reset, and restore — through practical sleep education and gentle breathwork for emotional balance.

Through guided breathwork and Reiki, you’ll release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with calm.
