Welcome to CulaBaby Sleep & Wellness — where science meets stillness. Founded by Liadhán Collins, Certified Child Sleep Consultant & Breathwork Teacher, these events help families move from chaos to calm — one night, one breath, and one nervous system at a time.

Whether you’re here to learn how to help your baby or toddler sleep better, or to find tools to reduce your own stress and restore calm, you’re in the right place. My work blends evidence-based sleep support for children with breathwork and nervous system regulation for parents.

Because sleep and calm go hand-in-hand — when your child sleeps better, the whole family rests easier. And when your nervous system is balanced, you show up as the calm, confident parent your child needs.

Calm Before the Chaos — A Restorative Event for Mums

The weeks before Christmas can feel magical… but also completely overwhelming. The gifts, the parties, the school plays, the late nights, and the endless lists — you’re juggling more, sleeping less, and putting yourself last.

That’s why Liadhán Collins, Child Sleep Consultant & Breathwork Coach (CulaBaby Sleep & Wellness) and Megan Cooley, Mental Health Social Worker, Reiki & Breathwork Coach (Restore with Meg) created Calm Before the Chaos — a soothing, in-person event to help mums pause, breathe, and reset before the busiest season of the year.

Through guided breathwork and Reiki, you’ll release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with calm.

After the rush of September routines, school runs, endless to-dos, and the constant “always on” pace, it’s no wonder many of us arrive in October already running on empty. Exhaustion, overwhelm, anxiety, and high cortisol creep in, leaving you stretched thin.

This in-person event is your chance to pause. An hour with no demands — just space to breathe, reset, and recharge. Through guided breathwork and gentle grounding practices, you’ll leave feeling calmer, less anxious, and more like yourself again.

Afterwards, stay for coffee, nourishing treats, and connection with other mums who truly get it.
