My Journey

Liadhán Collins is the founder of CulaBaby Sleep & Wellness — a brand born from personal experience and deep compassion.

Her journey began nine years ago as a sleep-deprived mum of three, navigating the exhaustion and chaos that so often accompany early parenthood. After struggling through years of sleep deprivation herself, she trained as a Child Sleep Consultant in Ireland to help other families avoid the same challenges she went through and find calmer, more restful nights through evidence-based guidance and gentle sleep support..

Since then, Liadhán has worked with hundreds of families as both a Child Sleep Consultant and Baby Sleep Consultant, helping children aged 5 months to 5 years overcome bedtime battles, night wakings, short naps, early rising, and sleep regressions.

But her story didn’t stop there. Through her work with hundreds of families and her own personal experiences as a mum, Liadhán discovered that behind many sleep struggles and the juggle of parenthood, there was a nervous system shouting to be looked after. Whether it was a restless baby, an anxious parent, or a burned-out professional, the same principle applied: calm the system, and balance follows.

This realisation led her to explore breathwork, a practice that became both a personal lifeline and a professional evolution. Through the breath, she found a simple yet powerful way to regulate stress, restore clarity, and reconnect with inner calm.What began as a personal practice evolved into professional training, and today Liadhán is a certified Breathwork Coach, helping parents and professionals better understand and support their nervous systems.

Today, she stands at the intersection of sleep science, breathwork, wellness, and human performance.

Liadhán combines evidence-based sleep science with breathwork and nervous system regulation to help parents, individuals and teams feel calmer, more confident, and more able to cope with the everyday chaos of life.

Whether designing personalised sleep plans, supporting families as a Child Sleep Consultant, leading corporate breathwork sessions, or speaking on the power of calm leadership, her mission remains the same::

Everything I do is rooted in both professional experience and personal understanding. I've lived through the sleepless nights, the overwhelm, and the moments where you wonder if you're doing any of it right. That's exactly why I approach every family and every individual with deep empathy and zero judgement.

Whether we're working on your child's sleep, your own wellbeing, or both, my approach is always personalised, gentle, and collaborative. As both a Child Sleep Consultant and Breathwork Coach, I recognise that every family is different and that lasting change happens when we support both sleep and the nervous system.
