Child Sleep Consultant Ireland Helping Babies & Toddlers Sleep Better

If your baby or toddler is waking at night, taking short naps, waking early, or struggling to settle at bedtime, you are not alone. As a Child Sleep Consultant in Ireland, I support families across Dublin, Cork and nationwide with personalised sleep support that helps children sleep better and parents feel more rested, calm and confident.

Better sleep is possible with the right guidance, a plan that suits your child, and support that works in real life.

Feeling overwhelmed trying to get your baby or toddler to sleep?

As a Child Sleep Consultant in Ireland, these are the most common challenges I see families struggling with every day.

Your Child

  • Frequent night wakings
  • Difficulty falling asleep
  • Feeding to sleep
  • Needs rocking, bouncing or holding to settle
  • Short naps or bedtime battles
  • Early morning waking
  • Transitioning from co-sleeping

You

  • Exhausted and running on empty
  • Feeling stressed or overwhelmed
  • Snappy, frustrated or low on patience
  • Strain on your relationship
  • Feeling like you're constantly "on"
  • Your own health taking a hit
  • Unsure what routine actually works

If this sounds familiar, you are not alone — and more importantly, it can change.

Sleep consultant Ireland dublin - Liadhán Collins

Meet Liadhán

Hi, I’m Liadhán — Child Sleep Consultant Ireland & Breathwork Teacher

I’m also a mum of three (who were once little sleep thieves!), so I truly understand how exhausting and overwhelming broken sleep can feel.

As a Child Sleep Consultant in Ireland, certified by the Family Sleep Institute, I’ve supported hundreds of families through challenges like night wakings, short naps, early rising and bedtime battles.

But my work is also deeply personal. Like so many parents, I experienced the emotional toll of sleep deprivation — the anxiety, the constant “on” feeling, and the struggle to switch off even when sleep improved.

That’s what led me to breathwork. A few minutes of intentional breathing helped me feel calmer, more grounded, and better able to cope — and now I use these same tools to support parents during the sleep process too.

I work with families of babies and children aged 4 months to 6 years, using a personalised, collaborative approach that respects both your child’s temperament and your parenting style.

Every plan begins with an in-depth assessment, allowing us to create a sleep routine that fits your family’s real life — not just a one-size-fits-all solution.

Sleep training is a partnership — and I’m here with empathy, guidance, and daily support to help you bring calm and consistency to your child’s sleep… and to your own nervous system too.

If you're feeling exhausted and unsure where to start, you don’t have to figure this out alone.
