Sleep Challenges

Sleep consultant Ireland dublin - Liadhán Collins

Meet Liadhán

Hi, I'm Liadhán, a Child Sleep Consultant certified by the Family Sleep Institute. As a mum of three (who were once little sleep thieves!) I've experienced firsthand the ups and downs of parenting and the complexities of children's sleep.

My personal experiences, combined with seeing the sleep struggles and concerns of other parents and how it affects their overall well-being, has deeply motivated me to step into the role of a Sleep Consultant. It's my heartfelt mission to offer not just solutions but also empathy, understanding, and unwavering support to families navigating sleep challenges.

I work with families of children aged 4 months to 6 years. I understand that every child is unique, just as every family is unique. This is why my approach is not only collaborative but also deeply personalised. I value and recognise your insights as a parent – after all, you know your child like no one else.

We start with a client intake form and a 3-day sleep diary to understand your child's sleep patterns and tailor our approach to fit your family's lifestyle and goals. Our consultation call will open up a discussion on your challenges and preferences, leading to a customised sleep plan that respects your parenting style and responds to your child’s individual temperament. I’m here to support you every step of the way, offering daily support, and ready to answer any questions that arise.

Successful sleep training is a partnership – it requires consistency and commitment from you, as well as the right guidance and support from a professional like me. Children thrive on structure and predictability, and it's my goal to help you provide that.

Before we embark on this journey together, I want to make sure that you are fully comfortable and on board with our plan. Your dedication, combined with my experience and support, will pave the way towards establishing healthy sleep habits for your child, bringing peace and balance back into your family life.
