Motherhood is beautiful—but let’s be honest, it can also feel relentless.
Between endless to-dos, juggling it all,  caring for little ones and possibly sleep deprivation thrown in, we’re often running on empty and it’s easy for your nervous system to become overwhelmed. This gentle session is designed to help you regulate stress, release tension, and return to a place of calm—so you can show up for yourself and your family with more presence and peace.

This one-hour in-person guided breathwork session is your chance to pause.

  •  To soften the mental noise.
  • To regulate your nervous system.
  • Reduce Stress and tension 
  •  To feel calm in your body again.

The best part? You’ll be in the company of other like-minded mums who get it.

 What to Expect:

  • A warm welcome in a peaceful, nurturing space

  • A 30–40 minute guided breathwork session (no experience needed)

  • Gentle grounding techniques to support emotional regulation

  • Optional connection time with coffee & healthy treats afterward

  • A moment just for you—to breathe, be, and reset
