The Grounded Mum Reset is a deeply nurturing, in-person session created for mums who want to start the year feeling centred instead of depleted.

This is not a New Year’s resolutions workshop.
This is about slowing down, regulating your nervous system, and setting gentle intentions rooted in how you actually want to feel this year.

Gentle Reiki with Megan (Restore with Meg)
To restore balance, soften stress and support emotional reset.

A calm, pressure-free space to gently set intentions for the year ahead.

Tea, Nourishing Treats & Connection
Time to land, connect and integrate after the session in a warm, supportive space with other mums.

• Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in
• Wear comfortable clothing, bring along a blanket, pillow if you wish and bring a bottle of water to keep hydrated.
