As mums, we carry so much — the schedules, the planning, the remembering, the worrying, the organising, the emotional labour and often the sleepless nights too.

Even when we're sitting still, our minds are still running.

Over time, many mums find themselves living in a constant state of being “on” — overwhelmed, exhausted, mentally overloaded and unable to fully switch off.

This isn't because you're doing anything wrong. It’s because your nervous system has become conditioned to carry so much for so long.

That’s why Liadhán Collins, Child Sleep Consultant & Breathwork Coach at CulaBaby Sleep & Wellness, and Megan Cooley, Mental Health Social Worker, Reiki & Breathwork Coach at Restore with Meg, created The Always-On Mum Reset.

A nurturing afternoon designed to give you something many mothers rarely receive:

Through nervous system education, guided breathwork, Reiki and connection with other women, you'll be gently supported to move from doing and carrying... to simply being.
