Certified by the Family Sleep Institute, I’ve supported countless families through sleep challenges—but my work is also deeply personal. Like so many parents, I struggled with the emotional toll of sleep deprivation and the anxiety that can come with it. That’s what led me to breathwork.
A few minutes of intentional breathing helped me feel less overwhelmed and more grounded—and I now use these same tools to support parents navigating the stress of sleep training.
I work with families of children aged 4 months to 6 years, using a personalised, collaborative approach that honours both your parenting style and your child’s temperament.
