Meet Liadhán

Hi, I'm Liadhán—Child Sleep Consultant, Breathwork Teacher, and mum of three (who were once little sleep thieves!).

Certified by the Family Sleep Institute, I’ve supported countless families through sleep challenges—but my work is also deeply personal. Like so many parents, I struggled with the emotional toll of sleep deprivation and the anxiety that can come with it. That’s what led me to breathwork.

A few minutes of intentional breathing helped me feel less overwhelmed and more grounded—and I now use these same tools to support parents navigating the stress of sleep training.

I work with families of children aged 4 months to 6 years, using a personalised, collaborative approach that honours both your parenting style and your child’s temperament. Every sleep plan starts with an in-depth intake form analysis so we can tailor a support plan and routine that fits your family’s needs.

Sleep training is a partnership—and I’m here with empathy, guidance, and daily support to help you bring calm and consistency to your child’s sleep… and to your own nervous system, too.
