60 Minute Troubleshooting Guidance & Advice Call

For children age 4 months adjusted and 5 years:

Whats included:

• During this 60-minute call we’ll discuss all your child’s sleep issues, and you’ll get lots of advice on how to move forward.
• Before our discussion you’ll provide a full sleep history through an intake form and a 3 day diary of your child’s sleep patterns.This helps me analyze and prepare so that we can spend our time effectively, strategizing and offering tailored advice to improve your child's sleep.
• If your child has long-standing sleep problems and multiple issues, consider opting for a more comprehensive 2 or 4-week support package where I guide you along the way. 
• Please note that this package doesn’t include a sleep plan, no daily check in or follow up calls (Have your notebook handy)
