Hello! I'm Liadhán, a Child Sleep Consultant and the heart and soul behind CulaBaby. As a mum of three (who definitely knew how to keep me up at night!)I've been right where you are - navigating the tricky path of parenting and trying to get enough sleep for everyone. My journey into overall health and wellness has been a long one, but nothing opened my eyes quite like becoming a parent did. Suddenly, I was living in a world of sleepless nights and couldn't believe how hard it was to juggle everything.

When my kids were little, I found nap time a nightmare, especially with all our different schedules. That's when I had my lightbulb moment and created the CulaBaby Sleep Shade - my solution for peaceful naps anywhere, providing that cozy, dark, and safe space they needed.

Each of my kids challenged me in new ways, especially when it came to sleep. No matter how many books I read or advice I got from other parents, nothing seemed to ease the chaos, especially after my third came along. Trying to keep up with a demanding job in tech didn't help, and I felt the strain of sleep deprivation on our entire family.

Reaching out to a sleep consultant was a game-changer for me, and I couldn't believe I hadn't done it sooner. Seeing the struggles other parents were facing just like I did pushed me to dive deeper into the world of sleep science. After a few intense months, I got certified as a child sleep consultant through the Family Sleep Institute.

Sleep deprivation can really turn family life upside down, and I'm here to offer the support and solutions I wish I had back then. Having kids means some sleepless nights, sure, but it doesn't have to be a constant battle. I'm here to guide you through understanding your child's sleep needs, establishing healthy sleep habits, and bringing back those peaceful nights.
