A full sleep history will be collected in advance via an intake form and 3 day diary breakdown. This will be analyzed and assessed.
1 hour sleep consultation ( via Video Call) where we review your intake form, discuss your child's sleep history, challenges, concerns, parenting goals and come up with a plan you will be comfortable implementing. This will give both me and you an opportunity to ask any sleep related questions.
A personalised and detailed written sleep plan for your child is provided after the consultation. This will map out exactly what you will need to do in order to reach your sleep goals.
2 weeks of continuous support, where I will help and guide you on your sleep journey and any questions you may have.
This includes a daily sleep log analysis, daily check in's via Email/Whatsapp and 4 phone calls if required
Wrap up call and guidance on any upcoming milestones
